Dear Lugarno FC player, team official, volunteer and supporter
Welcome to season 2019. The next 12 months will be a challenging year for our great club as we lay the foundations for an exciting future.
Our home ground Gannons Park is in the process of going through a multi-million dollar capital works program that will result in all fields being resurfaced, an irrigation system being installed and the construction of a new amenities block.
To manage the interim period, we have worked with the SGFA to secure additional fields for our teams this season. Besides Gannons Park, we will see our teams also train at Penshurst Park and Riverwood Park and some home games for our competition teams will be played at Peakhurst Park.
The liaison officers have worked out a timetable for all teams to manage the field allocation amongst our teams.
Our Football Focus player development program is providing talented players with a structured development pathway guided by the most qualified football coaches at a grassroots level. At Lugarno FC we now provide and cater for the differing needs and capabilities of our players.
Lugarno FC teams have already commenced playing trial games against other teams and they simply look fantastic in the new Umbro playing strip exclusively created for Lugarno FC.
